Haiti - Widespread floods and landslides. 80 percent of Gonaives city flooded. 1650 dead and 250,000 homeless. 30 percent of Port-de-Paix flooded. Extensive crop damage.
Florida - biggest floods since 1960 in Mullet Lake Park.
