Comments:Romania - worst floods in 40 years in Timisoara. 2,700 evacuated. 7,000 homes flooded. 34,000 hectares farm land inundated. Damages $18 million.
Serbia - worst floods since 1966 in Jasa Tomic. 120 houses destroyed.
